Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms before booking a service or making a payment.

1. About these terms
These terms apply when you book a consultation, assessment, therapy session, Creative Hub programme, camp or event with FOS ABA Centre & Creative Hub ("FOS", "we", "us"), Lekki, Eti-Osa, Lagos, or when you pay us online. By booking or paying, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and, where a fee applies, your payment has been verified.
- Please give us accurate information about your child, including any medical, allergy, sensory or behavioural needs, so we can keep them safe and support them well.
- A parent or guardian must complete bookings for children.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) on our Fees page and at checkout.
- Online payments are processed by Flutterwave. We do not see or store your card details.
- Your payment is only confirmed after we verify it with Flutterwave. You will receive an emailed receipt.
- Fees may change from time to time. The price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
4. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
- Please tell us at least 48 hours before a consultation or session if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will do our best to offer another time.
- Sessions missed without notice may be charged in full.
- Camp and programme fees are generally non refundable once the camp or term has started, but we will always listen if your circumstances change.
- If we cancel a session, we will offer a new date or a full refund of that session.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days.
5. Your child's wellbeing and safety
Our staff are trained to support children with a wide range of needs. Please collect your child on time and tell us who is authorised to collect them. In an emergency we will contact you straight away and, if needed, seek medical help.
6. Photos and videos
We only share photos or videos of children on our website or social media with written consent from a parent or guardian. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@fosabacentre.com.
7. Therapy outcomes
Every child is unique. We use evidence based methods and track progress carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timescales.
8. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
