Meet the founder
Born from a mother's journey
FOS began with a mother who trusted her instincts. When everyone told Osezusi (Zusi) Bolodeoku that her young son was fine, she kept looking for answers until he got the help he needed.
That journey led Zusi from a full time banking career into neurodevelopmental care, the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis, and finally to FOS ABA Centre & Creative Hub. Today she leads a team of specialists who are breaking the culture of silence around children with special needs in Nigeria.
- Advanced Certified Autism Specialist (ACAS)
- Qualified Autism Services Practitioner, Supervisor (QASP-S)
- M.Ed, University of Nottingham

Questions
Questions parents often ask
What is ABA therapy?
Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a science based on the principles of behaviour, used to teach new skills, strengthen helpful behaviours and reduce behaviours that get in the way of learning. It has been researched since the 1960s and is proven effective for children with autism and other developmental conditions, especially when it starts early. Read about our approach.
