How it works
One child, one technician, full attention
One on one therapy pairs one child with one of our ABA technicians. The technician works individually with your child during sessions lasting one to four hours.
The nature of one on one therapy is highly intensive, giving children the extra time and attention they need to master specific behaviours and skills, and to keep advancing in areas such as following instructions, self help and motor skills, language, sibling relationships, age appropriate play and other social skills.

Two teaching styles
Structured and natural learning
-
Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Teaches skills one at a time, using clear steps, positive reinforcement and repetition until each skill is mastered.
-
Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
Uses the teachable moments that happen naturally during play and daily routines, so skills feel meaningful and carry over into real life.

All our technicians are closely supervised by a Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA), so interventions are delivered properly and your child reaches their goals.
-
You stay informed
You receive daily reports on your child's activity and quarterly progress summaries, and you can observe sessions and meet your child's case manager.
-
You learn too
Parent training shows you how to use simple ABA techniques at home. Best of all, you will see your child making progress.
Questions about ABA therapy
What is ABA therapy?
Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a science based on the principles of behaviour, used to teach new skills, strengthen helpful behaviours and reduce behaviours that get in the way of learning. It has been researched since the 1960s and is proven effective for children with autism and other developmental conditions, especially when it starts early. Read about our approach.
Who can benefit from ABA?
ABA helps children with autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, developmental delays and related conditions. It can support communication, play, self help, social and academic skills.
How long are therapy sessions?
One on one ABA sessions last between one and four hours, depending on your child's programme. We agree the right intensity with you after the assessment.
How will I know my child is making progress?
ABA is all about measurable improvement. Our technicians record data in every session. You receive daily reports and quarterly progress summaries, you can observe sessions, and you can meet your child's case manager at any time.
Who supervises the therapists?
Every ABA technician is closely supervised by a Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA), so interventions are delivered properly and your child reaches their goals.
